- Depends what's causing it. If the roof has life left and the problem is in one area, a repair is the right answer and we'll say so. If it's failing across the board, patching one spot just moves the leak somewhere else.
- How do you find where a leak is actually coming from?
- Water travels, so where it shows up inside is often nowhere near where it's getting in. We get on the roof and check the usual suspects first: flashing, valleys, penetrations, and nail pops. Then we show you photos of what we found.
- How fast can you get out here?
- Call or text and you'll reach a person, not a callback next week. If water is actively coming in, tell us that and we'll work you in as soon as we can.
- Will the repair match the rest of my roof?
- We'll get as close as we can. On an older roof the existing shingles have weathered, so a patch is usually visible up close even with the right product in hand. We'll tell you honestly how noticeable it'll be before we do it.
